What is your cancellation policy?

At DIPPED Spa & Salon, we offer a flexible cancellation policy for your convenience. If your plans change and you need to cancel your appointment, you can get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. This way, we can manage our schedule effectively and offer your slot to another client.  Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my appointment?

Yes, you can receive a full refund if you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, we are unable to offer a refund. This policy helps us maintain a fair and efficient scheduling system for all our clients.

Are you still wearing masks?

We are unmasked during sessions but if you would prefer us to wear a mask, we are happy to accommodate your request.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open for Calls/Email Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Spa + Salon Services are currently only by appointment only

Do you have parking available?

Are walk-ins welcome?

We currently DO NOT accept walk-ins, we highly recommend booking an appointment in advance to ensure availability for our Popup Events.
